2013: 365 Days of Fresh Opportunities for Greatness!

Wow, wow, wow! I cannot believe that 12/31/12 was the date of what we call “yesterday” but now literally ‘yesterday’ is considered last year! How great is our God that He has favored us and perfectly ushered us into such a marvelous year! 2012 as we’ve all witnessed has been fulfilled, gone, and forever engraved in ours memories. I must confess that 2012 was an amazing year for me. The Lord privileged me to meet some great people, accomplished a lot, and overall experienced plenty. When I think of everything that transpired in 2012 the good, the bad, and the ugly, I say all the glory belongs to You, oh God!

Without hesitation, I take a bold step into 2013 with fresh confidence that it is the beginning of a new chapter in God’s book of my glorious and wondrous future! A lot of great things WILL happen in my life in this 2013. I believe the same for you. I am so excited, so ready to accept, be overwhelmed with, and embrace all that awaits me in this new year and I hope you are, too!

The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 1:20 “For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.” This means that every single promise of God will be accomplished concerning us. “Amen” means so shall it be and “yea” means yes indeed. In 2013 if only you will unwaveringly cleave to the promises of God without a doubt, you will succeed in all areas of your life in Jesus’ name.

Meditate upon them daily, personalize them by inserting your name where necessary and you will be astound at what the Lord will do concerning you this year! In 2013 the promises of God for your life are as follows:

“The beloved of the Lord shall dwell in safety by him; and the LORD shall cover him all the day long, and he shall dwell between his shoulder” Deu 33:12

“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he truseth in thee.” Isaiah 26:3

“For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.” Psalm 91:11

“And the ransomed of the LORD shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their head: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.” Isaiah 35:10

“Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthened thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” -Isaiah 41:10

“…fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.”-Isaiah 43:1d

The Word of God is my complete and total reliance and hope for 2013. Jeremiah 17:7 “Blessed is the man (woman) that trusteth in the Lord and whose hope the Lord is.” If you too, will trust and hope in the Lord this year, the Lord will surprise you with a daily doze of His blessings and it will never cease in your life in this year in Jesus’ name. Are you ready to take this wonderful ride into victorious and glorious 2013? Well, let’s go! 🙂

May God keep us through 2013 healthy, prosperous, safe, and victorious in Jesus’ name.

In 2013, nothing formed against me shall stand in Jesus’ name! Whom shall I fear? He holds the whole world in His hands and I am holding on to His promises because He is faithful! I know who goes before me, the one who reigns forever; He is a friend of mine. The God of angel armies will always be by my side this year in Jesus’ name! Amen. 🙂
